Sunday is a leading developer and publisher of hyper-casual games for those who like to be entertained on their smartphones. The 50+ employees provide over 100M downloads, 10 hit games and 20M monthly users.

The challenge.
As a global player with big ambitions, you have to rely on first-class employees who could also join Google or Facebook for more money and prestige. Accordingly, it is important to have an attractive employer brand that makes working at Sunday emotionally charged. Sunday uses its own digital media. But how does employer branding work in the real world?

The solution
In a joint discussion, we came up with the idea of developing a welcome box for new employees that goes beyond all previous standards. Blaupause presented several ideas for this in the follow-up, of which the Sunday Logo in gift box format was the clear favorite. The ice box can be opened at the style and surprises inside with useful and trendy SUNDAY merch: branded socks, drinking bottles or powerbanks. The result: great joy and strong bond from the very beginning.
