KODIAK is a leading provider of integrated project management solutions for large, international companies in the renewable energy sector. The highly qualified specialists are involved in the implementation of challenging renewable energy projects in Europe.

The challenge
In order to present its complex services attractively in a demanding market environment, KODIAK wanted a unique brand strategy without the usual wind turbine motifs.

The solution
True to our guiding principle "Listen, structure, do", we structured the following process:

Listening: The workshop
True to our guiding principle "Listen, structure, do", we first brought the decision-makers together in a workshop where we defined key messages to position KODIAK as a forward-looking and structured partner for all stakeholders. During the workshop, we developed a structure for the new website to be developed.

Structuring: The brand book
Following the workshop, we created the KODIAK brand book. It contains the positioning of the brand, taking into account competitors, the product portfolio and the expectations of the target groups. All central brand attributes such as origin, vision, values and mission as well as the brand core are defined here. A clear brand steering wheel that summarizes the topics at a glance rounds off the package.

Make: The brand world
Based on the brand book, we developed a brand world that visually sets KODIAK apart from the mass of competitors. It consisted of an independent world of images and text, which used innovative motifs and key messages to get to the heart of the company's expertise and added value.
The brand worlds functioned as a modular system for the implementation of all communication media to be developed (website, trade fair stand, brochure, etc.). It was successfully used on the website structured and programmed by Blaupause and serves in particular to address and convince new and existing customers.
