tumor and Breast Center Eastern Switzerland

As part of the merger of the Breast Center Eastern Switzerland, VADIANA and the Tumor and Breast Center ZeTuP to form the Tumor and Breast Center Eastern Switzerland, we completely redesigned the corporate design and the website. The aim was to create a structured and at the same time empathetic approach for two different target groups: Patients who find themselves in an emotionally stressful situation and referring doctors who are looking for clear, factual communication.

The challenge
The website had to present the complex medical services provided by the interdisciplinary teams in a clear and understandable way, as well as enabling a trusting and empathetic approach for patients. It was particularly important to find a simple and precise structure that took both target groups into account. In addition, the various locations of the center had to be clearly presented so that patients could quickly find relevant information such as opening hours and specific treatment offers for their respective location.

The solution
We developed a modern corporate design and a user-friendly website that takes into account the different needs of the two target groups. For referring doctors, we created a clear structure of medical services and practical referral forms, while for patients the focus was on empathetic and sensitive communication. The overall appearance combines professional expertise with a respectful and supportive approach and conveys both professionalism and empathy.

In the course of supporting the Tumor and Breast Center of Eastern Switzerland, we also took over the creation of other media such as posters, flyers, business cards and advertisements for a coherent overall appearance.
