The challenge
What do experienced sales professionals need to do their job even better? Exactly: a clear argumentation guide and an attractive story for customer conversations on the phone, at trade fairs or by email. This story was previously not clearly defined and needed an update.
The solution
In several clearly structured face-to-face and remote workshops, we work with sales and management to define what the target groups want, what Treston's special added value is - and also what the competition is doing well.
Illustrative role plays and clarifying design thinking tools were used to change perspectives in order to define convincing arguments and storylines from the customer's point of view.
The benefits
The results were used to develop simple, memorable and flexible guidelines for customer meetings in different areas (workstations, warehouse, lighting, etc.) and linked to the slogan "Workspaces for happier workfaces". In this way, the sales department spoke with one voice and was able to address the different target groups with each medium.
