Tax@visor is a digital tax firm based in Alzenau that has been helping companies to take advantage of tax opportunities and minimize their financial burden since 2016. Tax consultancy is a complex and demanding field where qualified personnel are the key to success - and this is exactly what the firm was actively looking for.

The challenge.
In an already limited talent pool of specialized tax experts, the challenge was to position the company as an attractive employer in a highly competitive market. Added to this was the regional focus: Tax@visor was specifically looking for employees from the immediate regional vicinity of Alzenau.

The solution.
Following a strategic workshop, the entire brand communication was specifically geared towards employer branding. This resulted in a campaign that brought Tax@visor to life as an employer - with people in the foreground and authentic and likeable insights into working life. At the same time, it strengthened clients' confidence in working with competent and committed partners. A positive effect on both target groups.

A central element was the relaunch of the website and social media channels. The "@" from the logo was playfully integrated as a recognition feature and creatively incorporated into word games.

In order to become visible locally, we relied on a creative guerrilla campaign. Posters, parking discs and individually designed beer mats, which were distributed in the most popular pubs in the region, attracted attention. In this way, Tax@visor positioned itself exactly where potential applicants were - with a direct and memorable approach.
