PNE is one of the most experienced developers of renewable energy projects: financially strong, with unrivaled industry knowledge and an extraordinarily broad field of expertise.
The challenge
The previous communication was to be focused on the current corporate strategy and PNE was to be positioned as a "Clean Energy Solutions Provider" that thinks and acts holistically.
In order to sustainably anchor the new positioning with all interest groups, it was necessary to sharpen the added value from the perspective of the very different target groups and thus create the basis for a multimedia presentation of PNE with a unique brand world.
The solution
In a strategic workshop, we bundled and structured the perspectives from the various departments around the central question: What do we want to say to which target group? We found the answer in 6 steps:

- We got an idea of who PNE actually is.
- We asked ourselves what was special about PNE (USPs). Here we received unsupported new key messages.
- We defined our target groups and assigned them to the core messages.
- To be sure that the core messages will be effective in the market, we create a benchmarking with competitor profiles.
- Now we changed the perspective and developed Pains and Gains from the customer's point of view, which we reflected with our USPs and core messages.
- Finally, we drew up a visibility plan with the central communication channels.

After the workshop, we developed a communication concept for all areas. This provided the basis for a unique visualization of the messages.
In addition, we wrote target group-specific stories that are suitable as short basic continuous texts for use on the website, PR articles or brochures.
