The Krebs Group, a traditional company with over 75 years of experience, offers comprehensive services in the fields of corrosion protection, industrial services, heavy-duty logistics and offshore support. With the aim of modernizing and unifying its brand identity, the group was looking for a partner who could offer both strategic and creative expertise.

The challenge
The large number of subsidiaries and sub-brands led to inconsistent brand communication. The aim was to standardize the brand identity and clearly define the company's core values in order to present a consistent and strong brand image both internally and externally.

The solution
As a 360-degree partner, we took on the complete brand development for the Krebs Group. The process comprised several steps.

  • Brand strategy: Positioning of the Group and its subsidiaries in the market, including the development of a brand manual as a guideline for future communication measures.
  • Sales workshop: Implementation of a workshop to train and integrate the sales team into the new brand identity.
  • Logo relaunch: Modernization and standardization of the logos of all subsidiaries to create a coherent brand image.
  • Development of the brand claim: Creation of the claim "Clear. Strong. Nordic." to authentically communicate the company values.
  • Brand world and photo shoots: Development of a brand world that communicates the core values and integrates North German humor, supported by professional photo shoots.
  • CD manual and design guidelines: Creation of a corporate design manual with clear guidelines for the consistent application of the new corporate design.
  • PowerPoint templates: Development of presentation templates in the new design for uniform communication.
  • 3D industry landscape: Development of an interactive 3D presentation that depicts the target industries of the Krebs Group and provides a comprehensive overview of the diverse service areas.
  • Internal rollout: Implementation of a roadshow at the locations in northern Germany to introduce the new brand identity.
  • External rollout: Creation of media such as flyers, advertisements, a website and wall calendars to present the new brand.
  • Employee interviews: Evaluation of interviews on the anchoring of core values in everyday corporate life.

The result
This comprehensive support gave the Krebs Group a modern and uniform brand identity that strengthens both internal values and external perception. The new brand identity promotes employee identification and positions the company as a strong partner in the industry.
