We achieve this through a transparent process that is focused on your benefits: with us, you only pay once you have hired your Perfect Match - and this is spread over a period of 12 months.

Here's how it works:

1. getting to know each other

After our initial contact, we would like to get to know your company, your corporate culture, your working methods and what you want from your employees. To do this, we call you or come by. This way we are sure that our talents not only fit your vacancy, but also your corporate culture.

2. your requirements

For our innovative matching process, we need your unique Employee Value Proposition in addition to your individual role requirements. With our many years of HR expertise, we define and optimise this so that we attract the best talent for your company.

3. matching process

Now we start the matching process. From our hand-picked talents, we select those who perfectly match your requirements and your corporate culture. Not many, but the right ones.

4. our recommendation

Once we have found a match, we discuss our personal recommendation with you. You don't have to read through 20 CVs anymore, but get a convincing proposal.

5. getting to know the talent

Do you like our recommendation? Very good, then you can contact the talent directly and arrange an interview. We will then conduct a separate feedback meeting with you and the talent.

Perfect Match

Through an empirically based assessment as well as our personal and professional evaluation of the talents, we find the best match for you. You will only be suggested personalities who, in our opinion, really fit you.

0-Risk

You only pay when you hire one of our talents. The amount is divided into 12 monthly instalments. If you part with the talent within this time, the remaining payments are waived.

Specialised

Our focus is on technical, economic and scientific areas. This enables us to assess your concerns and wishes in the best possible way and to respond to them in a targeted manner.

In partnership

We maintain a professional partnership relationship with you - even after a successful placement. You can always come to us with any questions and requests. Your personal contact person always has an open ear for you.
