New Year's resolutions in the office

The turn of the year is always a good opportunity to set new goals and tackle changes. Especially in the office, there are many ways to improve and work more effectively. Here are some resolutions you can tackle in the office in the new year:

  1. Get more exercise:
Set a goal to walk a certain number of steps each day or exercise regularly. More exercise will keep you fit and help you concentrate better.
  2. Improve time management:
Think about how you can use your time more effectively. Set priorities and try to minimize interruptions and distractions.
  3. Become smoke-free:
If you smoke, the turn of the year is a great time to quit. Smoking not only harms your health, but also costs you a lot of time and money.
  4. Regular Backup:
Make sure you back up and backup important data on a regular basis. This will help you avoid losing important records in the event of a technical problem.
  5. Drink more water:
Drink enough water every day to increase your concentration and performance.
  6. Learn a new language:
Learning a new language can be beneficial not only on the job, but also in everyday life. Use your free time at the office to familiarize yourself with a new language.
  7. Digital fasting:
Spend a set amount of time each day without a smartphone or computer to break away from constant accessibility and focus more on work.
  8. Change your diet:
Make sure you eat a balanced and healthy diet to feel fit and energetic.
  9. Maintain your social contacts:
Use your break time to talk and network with colleagues. Regular interaction with friends and family outside of work can also contribute to your performance.

From time to time, however, I also write blog articles and social media posts on B2B topics that are close to my heart. Have you already put some of our suggestions into practice? Then I would be happy if you tell me about your results.
